Ian Thompson, Hoffman's voice actor.
Ian Thompson (born August 11, 1939 in Chester, Cheshire, England, UK; died July 16, 2022) was a British television actor. Prior to Rule of Rose, Thompson played various roles in multiple British TV shows between the late 1950s and the 2000s. In Rule of Rose, he was the voice actor of Hoffman, the Headmaster of Rose Garden Orphanage.
Aside from Rule of Rose, Thompson did voiceovers for another video game, Dark Souls. He was the voice actor of Big Hat Logan.
He later passed away on July 16, 2022 at the age of 83.
