Rule of Rose (ルールオブローズ, Rūru obu Rōzu) is a survival horror game for the PlayStation 2 developed by Punchline and published by Atlus in 2006. It has often been compared with other similar survival horror gaming series such as Silent Hill and Clock Tower, due to the psychological horror elements used throughout, and its distorted storyline. It is also compared to the one-shot game, Haunting Ground due to the use of a canine companion for the main character.
