The Rusty Scissors is an item found in the Filth Room. After attempting to donate the Green Butterfly, heading back to the Filth Room, Jennifer finds the room beside it open. Press the switch and the scissors are lowered, then enter the Filth Room so that she can obtain them. They are used to free Brown from his restraints. It finds Ribbon.
